Q: Where are you located?

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: No, I do not offer free shipping.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At the moment, I do not.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: At the moment, I do not.

Q: How can I reach you?

A: The easiest way to get ahold of me is to use the contact form or to email me at info@thecraftymedicco.com. Please do not reach out with questions about your order(s) on social media, as I do not give updates there.

Q: When is [item] restocking?

A: The most efficient way to keep track of what items are restocking is to sign up for the email newsletter or by joining the text list by texting TCMC10 to (866) 850-4382.

Q: What sizes do you carry in apparel? What is sizing like?

A: I do my best to carry all adult sizes from small up to 5XL. However, sometimes, that is not possible. All apparel used is unisex, unless otherwise noted in the item description.

Q: What do I do if something is wrong with my order?

A: If there is a problem with your order, please do not hesitate too contact me at info@thecraftymedicco.com ASAP. Please make sure to include your name, order number, and the problem. Please also include images of the problem, if applicable.

Q: What if my shirt got damaged in the wash or tumbler was ruined in the dishwasher/microwave?

A: Unfortunately, I am not able to refund improperly cared for items. All items come with care instructions included.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Q: What is your processing time? Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

A: Unless otherwise noted in an item listing, my general processing time is 5 - 10 BUSINESS days for ALL ITEMS. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or any US Federal Holidays. 

During sales and peak shopping times, this time may be extended, at my discretion, and will be noted in the header bar, through my blog, and on my social media accounts

Q: My package is being delayed. What happened and where is my order?

A: I apologize if your order is being delayed or held up by the post office! However, once I hand packages over to USPS/UPS, delivery is out of my control, as I do not work for the shipping service(s). I recommend signing up for text alerts for your package and calling your local post office branch with your tracking number to follow up with why it is being delayed getting to you.

Q: My USPS/UPS tracking number shows my package as delivered, but I didn't receive my package.

A: I'm very sorry that this happened. Please contact your local post office branch or UPS and request the GPS coordinates for your package. 

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please check and confirm that your shipping address is correct BEFORE you submit your order. If your package is returned to me due to an incorrectly submitted mailing address, I will be more than happy to resend it, however, YOU will be responsible for paying the additional postage costs for shipment.
