BUSINESS HOURS

Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 2 PM

Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED

*All times are Eastern Standard Time*

I do not respond to emails, and orders are not processed, outside of the above listed times, or on any US Federal Holiday.

PROCESSING TIME

My processing/TAT is the time that it takes to have an item ready to be shipped to you.

My current processing/TAT is 5 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS for all items.

This time DOES NOT include Saturdays, Sundays, and any US Federal Holidays.

***PLEASE NOTE: TCMC is a one-woman show. The one-woman show of a full-time 911 paramedic. I am not Amazon. Your order will not be at your door in 2 days. My business hours and processing times are the way they are for a reason. I will get back to all messages ASAP, within my posted business hours.***
